Hey Satan - you rock!

As planned, picked up the new Therapy? album for a tenner. Sounds good. Typical Therapy?, which means it sounds bugger all like any other Therapy? album. Fans of the band will understand... looking forward to the gig tomorrow. More people should like Therapy?, and I don't just mean Troublegum.

Having real difficulty with work today... apart from the stomach thing, I have sore eyes or a sore head or a sore something in that area, having real trouble focussing. I'm exhausted, too... haven't really properly chilled out from being ill recently. Fighting my way though it, but it's a struggle. Invariably, people pick times like this to want everything at the same time, and everything always has to involve a great deal of thinking that my brain isn't dealing with this afternoon. Ah well, I did ask for it... but was it really an invitation for people to relentlessly annoy me?

Getting a wee bit stressed about this gig on Sunday too (well actually, Cuff was, which in turn got me stressed, then Maggie laughed... she's such a little trooper)... not so much about the performance, just the whole trying-to-sell-tickets-at-the-last-minute thing. We always say to ourselves we'll get as many out to people in advance with these stupid pay-to-plays, and we never do, leaving us desperately trying to drum up enough support to cover the costs at the last minute. I don't want to be out of pocket with this one... thing is, we could easily cover it with ticket sales, if we just bothered our arses before now. Damn my lazy hide.

I'm sure I had something else I wanted to write, but I can't remember now.

Back to it, I guess.

Problem is Troublegum does not have a single bad track on it...in fact the quality doesnt waiver below damn good. All their other albums do have weak stuff on it with a couple of standout tracks much like every other band.

Everything they do will be compared to it, which is no bad thing, but I doubt they will ever come close
