Had a splitting headache last night, and my guts weren't in the best of shape by that point, so headed home afterwards for a much-needed early night. Slept like a baby, and I'm feeling pretty good today. Amazing what a good night's sleep will do for you, I should do it more often. Secret to a long life, you know.

Therapy? tonight... I'm planning on making it another low-key night, no mindless debauchary for me, just going to enjoy the band, the company, and head off home before I make a tit of myself as usual I think. Looking forward to it, though... Therapy? are great live.

I'm still supposed to be going paintballing tomorrow, but I don't think my stomach is in any kind of state for it so I might give it a miss and spend the day with my girl instead.
