Yeah, so Ive finally gotten round to putting up photos of the Midwest trip. I didnt take any of these myself, they are all taken by various members from www.themeparkreview.com which is where I spend most of my time online.

So, it will take a while to get them all up (there are tons) but slowly, they will grow. Have a looksee at my gallery if your interested. If not, look anyway, some of them may amuse you. Oh, and they arent in chronological order, cos I just couldnt be arsed. ...

Well, the ongiong trip report was suspended for a while because I just had to get new wheels. My old Fiesta has been making all sorts of new noises, and I had been hankering for something else after having the little bugger for 6 years.

So, now Im driving a Celica VVTL-i GT. Nice step up, I have to say. And since they only made that edition for about 18 months, its set to hold its value much better than the other celica models. Me happy.

Well, this park is in a place called Santa Claus. No, really. Its official camping ground is round a lake called Lake Rudolph. As you could guess, they are big on Christmas there. There are Santa statues around (which were molested by the crew more than once) and lots of christmasy things going on.

The park itself, is awesome. Friendly staff, good ride selection, and free drinks. Thats right. Free drinks for everyone. Just walk up to the machine like you do in the cinema and just ...

Today, Im rambling about meeting people...

Isnt it cool, when you meet a bunch of people you dont know, and within ten minutes your all getting along famously? Thats how the Midwest trip started for me. It was officially day -1. Thats the day before day zero, when we hit the surprise bonus park, the day before day 1, where we started the trip proper.
