So, the trip then...

Its about time I said something about the trip, so here goes...
The few of us who were in a day early all met up and went to Hooters for dinner. It was awesome, and was the birth of the 'Hooters Crew'. A few more people joined us later on during the trip, but this original core group mostly stuck together.
So, yeah, ok, the basics now.
Fave Park...probably Holiday World. Free drinks in a 95 degree heat is always great.
Fave coaster...thats a tough one. Its between Voyage, Kentucky Rumbler, and Maverick (once its up to speed).
Fave moment, maybe waiting 8 hours 20 minutes to get on maverick. That wasnt the line legnth, we were at the front, but frequent rain showers meant the ride stayed closed for much of the day. So they would test it, and just before they opened, it started raining again. damn.
One of the Brits took video updates of the wait, and the resulting slow descent into madness ending in a mass dance off to the Dallas theme tune, every time it rolled around on the 2 hour music loop.
Anyway, link to said video...and I remind you insanity had set in. Im wearing the Nasa top in the dance scene, btw...
