Seriously though, we can only apologise if you've found the staff to be arse holes on the night, if it's that serious your first port of call would be to the Chragehand of the bar, if you get no joy there, high tail it to the cloakroom and get the staff member on duty to grab hold of myself or one of the other managers and we'll have speaks with them for you.
Personally though, Im a big beliver in what goes around comes around, you get what you give etc. If the staff are pleasent to you, you will no doubt react likewise next time you come back up to wet your whistle. However, there is also that flip side that no one likes to see... but given that life's a bitch, and shaking off the daily trials and tribulations can be tough sometimes, it does and will happen from time to time. Manners cost nothing, and you'd be suprised how much a 'please' and 'thank you' can effect someone's mind set to keep everything right with the world.
N.B. That last part is purely my personal view (need to get that wee official bit in there, heh )

| Re: Helpfull Barstaff. I've never had any real problems, but I have heard a decent number of people complain. I've always taken it with a pinch of salt though - they're only human and it can't be easy to keep a smile on your face after the hunners of muppets you need to serve. Technically they should be able to, or they're in the wrong job, but realistically I'd cut them some slack. And has already been said, there's a route to complain down if you feel so inclined.

The rest are rather ignorant | most of the girls on the bar have black hair tbh. The only bar staff i get smiles from are janet and ricky, who always seem to be in high spirits even when they're busy on a mobbed bar. Some of the new staff do need a wee lesson in customer service, however. |
