I think you can just get away with WFP and no more (or less, rather). The free drink and targetting a specific demographic (like students) are 2 points that the licencing board don't tend to let you away with, but all depends if they're aware of the promo or not. Didn't Firehouse start doing free entry, really cheap drinks, and live jelly wrestling? Didn't New Flesh shut down as a result? Didn't Firehouse mysteriously vanish two weeks later? Hasn't this pattern been repeated for about a decade?
