That's right, it's just a few hours til we welcome in the new year in traditional style at cheesy pop - with a piper, auld lang syne, the bells, and a great big countdown into 2009!
Some folk may mistakenly believe we're a couple of weeks behind schedule, but NONSENSE, due to changes to the way the calendar works that were made in the middle ages (er, plus the fact the QM was locked up over the festive period) we claim this is the authentic date to boot out the old year and bring in the new!
