| Re: Our first bad review, woo! "Chevy and the Chasers - I understand that this band's usual singer was ill when I saw them, so they weren't at their best, but even accounting for that, I was underimpressed. Whilst it's charming that there are still young bands eager to throw themselves into the two minute high speed punk song thing, this kind of music needs strong ideas or direction, both of which are lacking here. "
hmmmm ill? that would have been the Leftover Crack gig when he was in america...but thingmy said summat about it bein the amphetameanies gig...when we were all there...so maybe it isnt...
but we're young....

| Re: Our first bad review, woo! I don't think we're best described as 'young high-speed punk', more like 'mid-twenties, tired as fuck alcoholic 12-bar blues'... But that was our first gig without Cuff and I said something like that from the stage, so aye.

| Re: Our first bad review, woo! Aye, you certainly find some interesting things when you wander into these here parts. Mostly forgettable? That'll explain everyone, to a man, mentioning the entire line up for the 'meanies gig - except us. Occasional moments of inventiveness? Those'll be the bits we stole then. Competent enough for small venues? What, like the MOTHERFUCKING S E C C?
I'm tempted to buy this person's book. |

| Re: Our first bad review, woo! T.D.I.S were rockin' that night. Or the first half of their set was anyway, before I disappeared in an attempt to avoid someone.
The lass updated the page to say Cuff was at a funeral, by the way.
