Is there a September bank holiday?
The Solid Rock Cafe's 21st birthday party ends with a zombie theme. To carry on the party, Alternative Nation present: SunDay of the Dead. With a new moon rising on SunDay, September 28th (September weekend) get yourself blood* and mud stained clothes and zombie yourself up. Prizes on offer for the best costumes.
ALL DRINKS £1.50.
*pretend blood hopefully.

I don't love you anymore. Goodbye - Alice Ayers
|m wondering how this would work, like, as a pre-halloween dooo?
ALthough more fancy dress nights i say, always good to get funnily togged up!
"She was a daaaaaaaay tripper!"
There's a whole month after to go till Halloween, so hopefully that gives everyone plenty of time to re boot for another dress up. As we're providing the after party to the party (Solid Rock Cafe's 21st) and the last night to that party is a zombie theme night, it's a co-promotion with the Solid. If you're dressing as a zombie for Halloween, you could look at it as a dress rehearsal![]()

*vaguely remembers Halloween episode of "CSI New York" with Zombie flash mob*
This hasn't been planned for the sole purpose of covering up a murder has it?
I'll be there if my timetable allows for it. Do universities 'celebrate' bank holidays?
Glasgow uni does. Not sure if it depends on your course, but 26th and 29th is a public holiday for most staff. Library staff anyway!
Work permitting i'll be there. Dunno if im working that monday, and i'm very hopeful about getting my cast of the friday before it.
I will close my ears and my heart and I will be a stone.
