A class on Sunday 18th October 2009 covering a large amount. At the Maccabi in Giffnock. Email: info@360defence.co.uk for more information. I don't think I will be at this class, however some of the people I train with will be there to train or to take it.

Places are going fast. However this is a one day course including a number of things. A weekly class will be commencing on Monday 26th October. Email the above address for more information.
