    Decent card, but no way should -Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Frank Mir be the main event. That is going to be a snooze fest. Frankly its a fight no one cares about.

    The Silva V Rampage in the cage should be interesting.

    I think Forrest could grind out a decision against Rashad, but if he gets into a slugfest with him I reckon Rashad will take it. If he pulls out a shot like the one he landed on Liddell not many people in the LW ranks can take that.
