Sherdog has died, probably armies of raging folk like me, except I'm going to vent here myself for 6 hours until someone wakes up and has time to watch it.
No way on earth did Machida win that.
I had Shogun 4 out of 5, and the one I wasn't sure about was pretty much dead even.
Pure anger, might have the blinkers on, but I really thought Shogun had that sewn up.
UFC protecting their golden boy or something?

That was shocking actually raging about this, I agree with you I gave Shogun 4 out of 5 as well don't know what fight the judges were watching.
I had it 4-1 Shogun, first round for machida and even that wasn't clean cut.
Even though I thought and hoped machida would win, Shogun clearly won that fight. It was an outright robbery to lose it.
Live every week like its shark week.
As already mentioned, Shogun should have won.
I had first round even, 2nd 4th and 5th shogun, 3rd Machida.
And that might have been me looking through it with a bias towards Machida.
Essentially killed off the light heavyweight weightclass until Machida and Shogun have a rematch.
And the rest of the card...
Cain Velasquez impressed, should be next to fight nog if not lesnar. Should not have been stopped when it was, even though he was dominating, I think he was robbed of a knock out.
Joe Stevenson had a great fight aswell, totally controlled.
Anthony Johnson shows fantastic potential, but the lad has to step up to middleweight, not making weight and the size of him, if he has any serious intention of making an impact on the UFC.
Gleison Tibau, I really enjoyed his fight, some tremendous takedowns, loved it, not as much asthe velasquez fight.

I think I saw one person on the Sherdog forums scoring it for Machida.
Think it'd be wrong to give Velasquez Brock just now. Give him a couple more fights first.

I think Velasquez brock would be a brilliant fight, but, i'd like to see him against Mir or Nog first.. then brock.

Shocking decision. ONE judge giving Machida the victory woulda been outrageous enough, but ALL THREE?! Scandalous.
I dont know how Machida got the decision i was wanting him to win but Shogun for me was the winner piss poor dicision Shogun was robbed
