As the promoter of a night in competition it's common courtesy to ask to flyer someone elses night. Might I also add that barfly gives me full discretion as to who flyers at my night, so if i give or deny permission to flyer I have full authority to do that provided it is not a night in competition with the barfly. As your night is a night in competition with the barfly, they got pissed at me thinking i said the flyers could be distributed. When I pointed out that it was, in fact, someone else, i was asked to make it clear that flyering for other clubs is not allowed in the barfly (obviously) unless cleared by the promoter (in this case me) and the barfly.
I'm sure you guys and Simo wouldn't like it if I showed up at Ivory Blacks and left Harlot flyers all over the place. | |

In any case, it wouldnt actually bother me if you did - it'd mean one more paying customer through the doors in order for you to be in the venue to flyer, so I'd be happy 
As for the rest of the comments above, I wasnt there saturday night so don't know the details. Shit happens that shouldnt, we've cleared the air with Barfly, and I cant be arsed getting dragged into any other crap as I'm in a good mood and aint getting dragged down.
