OK, I see that Tailz has commented about this in another thread, so it makes sense to have the official statement . Hopefully he'll correct any facts I screw up
CRYOTEC CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR PARTY
Strawberry Fields
Saturday 27th December
Doors should open around 7:30 / 8:00pm, as we're trying to get a couple of bands lined up. The clubs gonna be open til 3am, so no excuses for people disappearing off around midnight
Entry is probably gonna be around £5 / £3 students, but this will depend on who the bands are. SF is being done up around the end on November, so we should have a shiny new club to kick off with. If we get a good turn out and the management are happy, the plan is to go monthly in Strawberry Fields, probably a Friday night as before. Most nights should include a live act, either local or national/international (we'll keep you posted on that one!).
Until December comes around, we're trying to sort out a pub in the city centre so we can run Cryotec as it was in Solid West, at the very least to give me and Liam practice time before we head to the big club
There's probably loads of other stuff I should be saying just now, but I'll fill in the blanks as they come back to me.
Anyway, here's to the future, and look forward to seeing all the old (and hopefully a lot of new!) faces as soon as possible. Cheers for now everyone
