OK, so here's the story. As some of you know, there's been a bit of uncertainty surrounding Cryotec, primarily due to problems with the lease at RGs. This has meant we haven't had the long term security that we'd hoped for in order to develop the night. While we appreciate the support we've had from RGs, this is a situation that makes any forward planning more than a bit difficult.

So, at this time, there are no dates planned for Cryotec in February, and it is unlikely we will continue at RGs. We are currently talking to a new venue about securing dates for the rest of the year, and I'll post again as soon as we get something confirmed.

We're also working on a few other things, again, we'll keep you posted as we get things signed up.

Until then, if anyone wants to be added to the Cryotec mailing list that I'm running, drop me a pm with your e-mail address, and I'll add you to the distribution.

Cool, yep, keep up the good work lads, Glasgow would certainly be a lot worse of without the existence of Cryotec and I think the move to RGs really added character to the night, virtually everyone I spoke to has treally enjoyed the venue and it will be a sad loss.

One door closes another one opens and if the next venue continues to make improvements on the jump from Solid West to RgGs then we are really in for a treat

Just joined this forum type thingy and trying out a first post.

You guys have been having the same sort of luck that we've been having at Amatis. Now sorted after our couple of months enforced break. The next night should be on 15th of May at the new venue, another Hog's Head along the road from the old one apparently.

Hope you get a venue sorted out soon, as Glasgow needs nights like Cryotec.

Also, how come none of you were at Dark City? It was a fantastic weekend.

Actually, a correction to my last post.
It seems Amatis will be doing a one off Friday club before returning to our usual Saturdays. So the date is actually Friday 14th of May.

Friday the 14th, damn I'll be in Camber Sands at Re~Tg seeing Coil, Chris & Cosey and more.

When is the next one after that?

Yeah, sorry I never made it through. Been having some cash issues recently, so the social life has taking a major backseat til I get things sorted.

Looking forward to Amatis making its re-appearance - hopefully we won't be too far behind you

Yeah, I really wanted to go to Re-TG but there was no way I could afford it. Sure it will be a memorable weekend. How far has Gen taken his "transformation" now?

The next Amatis after that will be 5th of June.

I totally understand. If I hadn't been DJing at it then it would have been really difficult for me to make it too. Was a bit like having a mini-Infest on our doorstep though.

Take it you'll have seen by now that Re-TG has been postponed/cancelled.
Think that's going to put a hell of a lot of people out, especially the ones who've booked flights from abroad.
