Friday night at my uni for the new intake of freshers and current students. It's a trial night which if successful might become a regular feature.

I've been trying without success to get the union committee to relax the admission structure, but at the moment they're not for it so it's students of the uni only just now...

Hopefully that will change though, and i'll be doing my utmost to make it so!

Not at the moment, but i'm working on that. Something to do with licensing/insurance or some other lame-assed excuse...

the QMU let non-student in for student nights as long as they are signed in by students, don't know if the same rule applies for your uni... but students are easily bribed & will sign in guests on a promise of a free drink

Unfortunately, that rule doesn't apply at my uni but i'm working on getting that relaxed for club nights. My main arguement is the amount of friends (ie: you lot) that i could bring through, but currently they won't let in anyone outside their own establishment.

It's shite i know, but i'll keep chipping away at the powers that make the decisions. If i could afford to set this night up on my own, then i would but at the moment i need the backing that the uni give.

If the night continues then i'll keep trying to get the admission policy relaxed. They obviously don't need the money i know the night would generate if you all could come! I mean the bartakings alone would rocket...

Aye....Moonitor - 'Non human'......man, that was this one of this boys requests and it appears right on base 1 but in saying that I don't want to criticise you guys as it's a sparkling playlist and great to see a good solid banging night without much naff goth/80s/old school industrial bringing the night down
