I say take all health warnings off stuff.
All the numpties in the world who swallow pen lids, use hairdryers in the shower, have to be told that a packet of nuts may contain nuts, etc
will then be pruned from the gene pool.
this will also have a knock on effect of reducing the world population, solving many problems like over crowding, unemployment, starvation with more food to go round etc.
