she has the choice to pay there's nothing to stop her paying voluntarily, if she adopted the child as her own then she would be liable for child support and thats a whole different ball game all together

well shes not a biological parent therefore she is not, the law wont change anytime soon to state that any partner in a homosexual relationship who isnt the bilogical parent should be liable due to the fact that sperm donors, ivf and parentage are going to have to be changed to boot, its a big change to be made to the law and one they wont make lightly

by being a sperm donor and knowingly donating your sperm you are agreeing to be responsible financially for the welfare of the child, IVF means you agree to donate sperm, are happy for others to benefit from this and will not be liable for child support.

If you donate your sperm knowingly to a couple of any sexual orientation and you know them then you are liable to support the child until they are adopted.
IVF gives you a right to be anonymous and if a father of an IVF baby says hes not the dad due IVF its not allowed as they agreed to go through with it, its two very different things and annoyingly weird

Her benefits should never have been slashed in the first place.
Yes, Im aware that this has implications for other cases, but I dont see why situations cannot be reviewed.
