Student Council Election '08

Our policies:

1. Nationalise all heavy and medium means of production and distribution.

2. Collectivise small scale means of production and distribution and agriculture.

3. Centrally planned economy

4. Establishment of national market boards

5. Five year economic plans

6. Expland the welfare system

7. Fare IR system that is for the workers not the bourgeoisie

8. Destroying the international nerd conspiracy

9. Abolishing science as a subject at school

10. More funding for the chess club and debating club

11. More funding for projects

12. The total crack down on nerds, goths, fat people, olddies, geeks, capitalists. We don't mean killing them because we are opposed to all killing. We only want to deport them to concentration camps in the Simpson Desert. We will destroy their cultures and wipe them from history.

And debating actually, I was the school's champion at that and renowned for it in competition.

I'd abandon chess and debating forever before supporting Communism though

Exactly. A structured debate, with a set number on each side, set time periods for speeches, a chair person and a set of rules all make the kind of debating I was good at. A free for all on an internet forum on which I'm controversial to say the least doesn't quite make for a fair comparison really
