skunk has become more prevelant and stonger in recent years, no doubt about it. one's the result of the other - the bigger market, the larger scale cultivation, the more good stuff is grown here rather than imported. all the really good stuff that i've seen is home grown and is approaching a proper dam bud strength. cannabis resin and the wonderful varieties of cannibis sativa should be classified seperately imo. calling a lump of plastic riddled with more diesel a class b drug is a joke. they could make banana skins illegal on the same premise. but you can buy 10 bottles of vodka (upon which those bastards who tell us what we cant recieve a large fucking cut) and drink yourself to death by late evening, enjoying a wee trip in an ambulance and a hospital bed to taxpayers money. fucking idiots. what a retarded backward insular society we live in. a world of negative freedoms. bah
i reckon legalise every drug under the sun. the whole world fucking, tripping balls and having wonderful history changing experiences until we get bored and decide we like being(moderately) clean better. problem solved and the world would be a little more coffee coloured.

Weed has definately got stronger and you hardly see cooncil hash at all these days, but (and I think this is what the experts were arguing too) it just means people don't smoke as much of it at once. Just because vodka is 8 times stronger than beer doesn't necessarily mean that vodka drinkers are getting drunker and doing themselves more damage.

Well given there aren't any numbers on historic potency or strength deciding todays weed is a lot stronger (bear in mind, for all intent and purposes, these findings are aimed at those that smoked back in the day) toay then it used to be.

That and there are studies out there that suggest quality as been decresing rather then increasing over the last decade.

there is no doubt that better weed is more readily available now than it ever has been. it must be said though that there has been a sharp fall in high potency resin such as blacks, menali variants, polems and other such good shit. but it cost an arm and a leg (stories of £500 ounces were common) so now that £120 ounces of mind melting esso raiding 'skunk' are available it means that generally stonger weed is much more widely available than it ever has been in this country. except for when you could pick the shit off the ground cos IT'S ONLY A FUCKING PLANT for fucks's sake.

When they downgraded cannabis to class C, it was during the time that green was becoming more prevalent in comparison to council brown (although anyone who tries to paint that as a bad thing is obviously talking shite, considering how utterly rank hashish actually is - and the shit that people cut it with).

If they were really that bothered about the strength of current and new strains, as opposed to just coming from a blanket anti-drug angle, why would they not just re-classify skunk if that bothered about it? Cannabis oil is Class A anyway, so they obviously made a distinction before between types.

Gordon brown is apparently a teetotal guy who's never touched a drug in his life. We need to kidnap this man and spike him, like a druggy al-qaeda.
