I expect anyone in the list who is active in education, the police or armed forces is shitting themself given the legal implications, since BNP membership in the police has been illegal since 2004 and I'm sure the forces and schools/colleges would rather things like this weren't made public...
Sackings aplenty, methinks.

Can't see many head teachers and police chiefs casually perusing the BNP membership database.
And, racist or not, sacking someone for their political belief with no evidence that it is affecting their job isn't easy.

There will be a few repercussions and probably some 'for the lulz' guff from the b/tards, but that will be about it. | Well those involved in what I mentioned above are all over the right-wing blogs cacking themselves and given the illegal nature of police membership (illegal as of 2004), it would only take one civil-minded anti-racist to put in a complaint that would, I'm sure, be investigated as "proof" that today's police force is progressive (and also to have something to show the papers if they come calling).
As for having them in active service in the military, that too will certainly raise eyebrows and, no doubt, the papers won't exactly be generous...
It's not just /b/tards they have to worry about. Consider all the lefties and anti-racists salivating over possession of almost every right-wing nutjob in their local areas, with employment info in some more 'sensitive' cases... I can see this making trouble for quite a number of people.
One has to marvel at the staggering incompetence in keeping all this information in one place.
