mr tumble annoys the fuck out of me, but otherwise a good wee show. my only issue is that the new bint and the guy she presents with are incredibly annoying, i don't give a shit about her arm, she justs lacks any personality or warmth.

Tabloids attack the BBC to sell papers to idiots shocker.
Though I'd rather use a few more words to say exactly what I mean, because I have that luxury. Are you on metered internet? Are you loading any images? Because they'll consume far more bandwidth than anything I'll bother to type.
Or, since you're against prolixity:

| Re: Complaints over disabled TV presenter syxx: you could (and probably should!) accuse drew of being wordy. you could accuse him of being boring if you dislike his posts, or of being wrong if you think he is. but suggesting his posts don't contain substance makes you look a bit dim, because there's few people on here who post in a more structured fashion or with such precision.
kinda looks like that inverted snobbery thing where slightly stupid people resent people cleverer than them and imply that learning and intelligence, or displayes therof, are to be criticised for some reason. shame for you to look that way cos i don't think you're stupid.

| Re: Complaints over disabled TV presenter Nah, fuck-all of substance to his first post, makes it dreadfully dreary to read. Especially as its been pointed out already that the tabloid media don't like the BBC and he just repeats this in several different ways. The only piece of even slightly significant information I've managed to garner from any of this exchange is that Erithromycin is male. And to be honest I really didn't care.
Bad call by Toast, who probably just wishes everyone would be nice to each other. |

Much more likely, though, is that "erithromycin" is a pain in the arse to type compared to "Drew".
Looking for an argument where there isn't one to be had here.
And what's wrong with wanting people to be nice to each other?
Not much more to be said on the topic at hand that hasn't been already, but I suppose if the parents can't be arsed to bring up their kids themselves and instead rely on a television to do it then they'll just have to accept that they cannot control what their kids are exposed to.
