There's a petition online now to force the Sunday Express to apologise for the nature of their article on the Dunblane survivors:
"The article - whose groundless message of outrage appeared to be focused on the normal teenage behaviour of these young people - represented a gross intrusion into their privacy. The publication of the victims' details and photographs cannot justifiably be said to be in the public interest, and the sensationalist tone was in extremely poor taste.
We demand a swift and proportionate response to the widespread disgust caused by this article, beginning with a front page apology.
We would also like to see appropriate disciplinary action taken against Paula Murray, the author of the piece, and her editor at the Scottish Sunday Express, Derek Lambie."
I hadn't heard of this article until now. Seems like its just the Sunday Express slagging off the Dunblane survivors because of things they've seen on the bebo and myspace pages.
If you haven't seen the article, you can see a scan of it at http://tinyurl.com/bymr6f and http://tinyurl.com/bl9wzn
And the petition is at http://is.gd/nJKa
