Forest Restoration Project In Scotland

Hey people and peoplettes

I just got back from a work week helping restore a forest in the north of scotland with the charity Trees For Life... it's something I would strongly recommend to anyone who can get a week off to do it

You get to meet really nice people and do something positive and it's very inexpensive considering you get board and fed for a whole week (only £60-£120) plus you spend no money since you're in a forest

check them out here:

Why was the forest destroyed?? Was it climate change or due to zealous farmers clearing it for sheep farming ?
