No always as easy as that but, eh. | 2 Jobs though innit.
Don't do it every week - Mainly around 50-60 average.
So it doesn't hinder my free time greatly - Usually only go out at the weekends - midweeks for hating life, and playing 5's, and studying. |

I reckon quite a few of the staunch Labour supporters will spoil their papers this election, or go for a fringe party like The Greens. I'm pretty sure that at some point tonight there will be talk of an increase in spoiled papers, increased votes for The Greens, an increase for the BNP, and possibly a small increase for UKIP. Of the big 3 I see less votes for Labour and increases for the Lib Dems and the Tories. All these recent scandals should make this quite an interesting election. |

Still though, I dont get why anyone would bother going just to show "they'd have liked to vote but didn't"? You say it's an "easy way to say they would have liked to have voted" but, who are you saying it to? It's only for the sake of the bourgeois statistic game. Meaningless to us, here in the real world. | It's about as interesting as the dog shitting on the carpet again.
Same old fucking shit time after time.
I see an increase for the BNP/UKIP too - it's the standard fair for an economic downturn/catastrophe....stupid cunts need someone to blame, BNP see their target (immigrants) and run with their usual pap...and some people take the bait.
Ce la vie. |

| Not turning up to the polls can be and is explained away in any number of ways by the candidates as well as the media, bourgeoisie or otherwise: Terminator is just out at the pictures, took the kids to Largs on their day off and didn’t get back in time, the weather isn’t so good and- my personal favourite from the year I was a polling clerk- big brother’s on, anything to deflect emphasis from the notion that turnouts decrease with every passing election because perhaps there’s nobody standing that’s worth the vote. Turning up and spoiling your paper or registering a NOTA vote is much harder to explain away.

They can pedal any excuse they want...it's them ffs. No strangers to making even the most ridiculous lies seem true. Tell it enough times and bobs yer faither etc.
I came to the decision sometime ago that I'd never vote. They are not worth my time. |
