No offence, but that's shite. Back in 2004 I worked at one of the opencasts you are targeting, and every single person employed there, including the site foreman, was local. Not only that, but the machine workshop takes on apprentices from the local college.
If you've got a point to make fair enough, but please don't start with this propaganda crap. Lies won't make you win any support from people who are actually local, and know what's going on.
