| BNP to appear on Question Time. http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2009...-question-time
So, Nick Griffin is due to appear on Question Time on the 22nd Oct (if it goes ahead) alongside Jack Straw and Bonnie Greer, so far.
I really don't know how I feel about this I hope they shoot themselves in the foot.
Opinions? Should they been given a platform? Or should they be forever censored? |

| Re: BNP to appear on Question Time. Kill BNP members, torture their families.
On topic: They don't care about being a legit political party, they don't care about winning an argument, they care about publicity. The media seems to want to give the BNP as much as possible.

"In my view, your approach is unreasonable, irrational and unlawful."
Mr Hain said the invitation should be suspended until a new constitution could be agreed and the court was satisfied that the party passed "a basic threshold of legality". | |

Just thought it was a surprising move for a cabinet member to make. Censoring them is far more dangerous than allowing them to speak. |

| Re: BNP to appear on Question Time. I'm afraid I'm with big Leswald Moseley on this one. There's reports might not be allowed to stand for election again if only 'indigineous caucasians' are allowed to join the party but until that ruling comes to pass they have been democratically elected and as such are entitled to be shown up in a democratic manner.
