That's fair enough, your entitled to your opinion of them, as am I.

I think Biffy do have a loyal and passionate fanbase but it is wholly justified in that okay, I don't personally think they make great albums, merely some awesome singles - however they have toured their arses off and paid their dues and all that, have influenced lots of good local bands such as Tempercalm so I'd elevate them above average Scottish band status to possible future genius.

Yep.

Biffy are passable. You'd lie about liking them if it was the difference between getting your hole or not, but you wouldn't tell your pals about it.

Christ, there are wads of under-celebrated Scottish bands, I'm just glad that some are well supported and that when I go see them and investigate, like I did with Biffy, they are actually quite good, even in a global sense - they should be as big as Franz.
