why did I get this with my update and all the rest of the convo with my latest update of kreepy kat mailing?

i got it as well, i presume "tony from mo hair" meant to hit "reply" to email mr deadboy to pose the question, rather than hitting "reply all" which replied to.... everyone on the mailing list it would seem.

What are you using to do your mailshots? You should be able to mask the addresses you're sending too, so that you don't get someone replying to the whole list instead of just you.

Failing that, just BCC everyone in the email, simple enough.

It should also be possible to only allow updates to the list from your email address, meaning that if people do reply to the list, it doesn't go anywhere

That should hopefully be it sorted, we'll find out when I send the next update. I can't seem to set it up to allow only me to post to the list, but I've set it up so all replies come straight to me.

I'm going to have to change the wording on the order pages as well, people seem to be getting really confused about how it all works.

Apologies to everyone for the spam. I was pretty enraged when I got home and found the amount of emails people had posted.

The problem has now been fixed, and all posts should require approval by me before going out to the list - that's to say, only MY posts will be going out.

If there are any more problems today please let me know ASAP - I don't have email access to check what's happening but I can shut the list down if more wee arseholes start playing about with it.
