Analysing this strip, I think it shows how Kreepy appreciates his friendship with Al and hides his this by mocking him. The 3rd panel reflects his emptiness and loneliness when Al is not around. The 4th panel supports this by showings his intention of seeking out Al to spend more time with him. It's pretty deep, man.
