Imagine how psyched I was to come back from a week-long ban to find a BUZZING thread on AltNation about a gig my band is playing, only to click and discover that its only posts are from people in the bands and a guy who lives away in Dundee or Aberdeen or whatever the fuck.
I actually forgot this was happening, and was kind of hoping it might not be happening anymore since Posh got banned and everyone hates him now. 
PSYCHE, this gig will be off the fuckin' meat rack and you're a sexual deviant if you believe otherwise. I propose Chevy and the Chasers get all members of all other bands to join them on stage (well, by "stage" I mean, "the bit in the corner") to sing along to the "YIPPE KAY AY" bit, or at least let me come up and do it. Mark, Posh OR BOTH should also TUNE THAT SHIT TO DROP D and learn a Senzafine song to play with us, it'll be EXACTLY like Slash playing with Alice Cooper or some shit. Maybe even bigger.

It occurred to that with Posh and Joe banned, we're down two people to promote the show on here, so we could sue Forbes for loss of earnings. But we'd probably have to pay him for promotion first. | |

I'm guessing Mark's post above served as a reminder to djtoast - the man who is proof that not all Alecs are Smart - that "48 hours" isn't the same thing as "a week". Hence I'M BACK, but won't be promoting the gig much on here anyway since there are other methods of internet communication which allow me to inform people what cock-throttling poofs they are if they miss this show without fear of repercussion if I so choose to do so.
