With the recent controversial judging decisions both in UFC and TUF, where is the mix up between viewers and judges scoring?

Perhaps someone with a bit more insight into MMA can explain it to me. I don't have any set solution to scoring rounds, I just do it by watching it, surely these judges don't.

And is this mix up happening across the board in all MMA brands? Watching strikeforce, elite XC and all that other stuff, I haven't seen, in my opinion, such clear cut decisions go the other way.

Perhaps i'm asking because I don't want to believe Dana and co are coercing the judges into protecting big name fighters such as Machida and Hall of Famer Randy Couture.

Also, Rogan always talks about how the MMA judging system is flawed, he's never voiced how it should be bettered, whats your opinions on MMA judging?

Pacman is a tremendous boxer, and showed it again tonight. (AC Slater talking to him at the end was a special treat).
