most of the vid's i've watched had 4 4mm hooks in the skin on the back. looks pretty intense but i think i'd rather just hang from my back. I've always enjoyed having my back tattooed... a little too much *too much info*

Well I've hear that air gets trapped while your hanging there and the noise of that sounds like your skin is tearing.... that would freak me the hell out!
I've been watching the vids over and over again totally amazed!

Every time I'v seen video of the hooks being inserted they pinch the skin out so as to avoid damaging the muscle. | |
