most of the vid's i've watched had 4 4mm hooks in the skin on the back. looks pretty intense but i think i'd rather just hang from my back. I've always enjoyed having my back tattooed... a little too much *too much info*

Every time I'v seen video of the hooks being inserted they pinch the skin out so as to avoid damaging the muscle.
