My other half works for the Government as a manager and prior to that Strathclyde Police and he's had it done for a couple of years

it heals pretty quick too, couple of weeks or so, but it hurts like a motherbitch for the first couple of days and you will bleed like hell too. HIding this next bit for the squeamish and those of you who are eating You need to keep ripping it apart every few hours and each morning cos it tries to heal up, noice! Adam is thinking of getting it done a bit deeper again at some point
