| Re: Bone fasteners you'll not ever really be able to get fastenings onto the bone. without imobilising the area it's just not a viable option for what you want to do.
you could go for a set of transdermal implants with very wide bases, but i dunno how viable they'd be long term or for any kind of pulling and the like. |

| Re: Bone fasteners Honestly I have no idea if this could be done, I'd guess not without surgical assistance.
Everyone else mocking grow up, if the adults are consenting they can do what they want regardless of how odd you might find it personally.

It's a blatant troll job.

| Re: Bone fasteners Welcome to altnation, things can get a little rowdy here, but it's generally good natured sparring.
What you're talking about would require not insignificant surgery. It would CERTAINLY require the services of a proper surgeon, would be extremely painful, require reasonably long recovery and would carry the grave risks of any invasive procedure, such as serious infection and the risks of GA. It's not something I think anyone should consider for frivolous reasons like these. Fair enough, it's consensual, but you'd be involving a third party who you'd be asking to put someone in a dangerous situation.
If you found a private surgeon willing to do it, you're also talking about a LOT of money.

| Re: Bone fasteners No. No. No. No.
Orthopaedic surgery is arguably the most sterile theatre there is, with massive 'space suits' and extremely stringent hygiene practices. Do you know why? Because if infection gets into bone it is almost impossible to treat. If it is in a limb often amputation is the only option, and if in a replcement joint the joint usually has to be removed and left open with MASSIVE amounts of antibiotics to shift it, and even then it's no certaintly that it'll heal. It is possibly the most idiotic thing I have ever heard for someone to have anyone other than an orthopaedic surgeon go anywhere near bone, especially as large and important a bone as the pelvis. Hello massive blood loss, marrow infection and failure, anaemia, sepsis and death.
I doubt any surgeon will do this, and if they do I would seriously question their integrity. The risks involved hugely outweigh any 'benefits' I can imagine. |

| Re: Bone fasteners I know it's very bad practice to recommend someone to other forums, but there are places where you'll find people who might be able to recommend safer alternatives. The Adult section of BMEZine springs to mind. |

| Re: Bone fasteners you get tail buttplugs that a lot of online stores sell. They wouldn't sell them if people didn't buy them. It's just taking it a bit further is all. Go look up ponygirl on wiki. it has a whole plethora of information.
Just for the record not my thing mind you. |
