Tattoo artists are actually not meant to tattoo peoples faces or hands as your hands and face are meant to be property of the queen. Strange but true. Obviously they make exceptions to this for people who are pretty much covered.
tattoo artists shouldn't tattoo anyone who is completely certain. Even if its only on their arm or whatever.
i got a tat on my forearm that i now totally regret as its the hardest to hide.

I've heard that it was an offence to deface her face (the Queen's), as in coins and notes, but never an offence to deface my face.
