| Proper branding! This is about as close a forum as yer gonna get for this lmao.
My mate wants to get a proper branding done, but we can't find anywhere that does it.
Does anyone know of anywhere that is allowed to/does it?

| Re: Proper branding! i know, it doesn't appeal to me *fuck the smell of burning flesh!* but he wants it done. He has done for a long time, but by FUCK it'll be sore lmao.
Hmmmm, texas *thinks cattle ranch*.
It *could* theoretically be done if you see a blacksmith to get the iron made up, but i would have a bit of a conflict about branding a mate. Plus if you don't do it right, yer well off the xmas card list

| Re: Proper branding! Aye i was thinkign a blacksmith would probably be yer only option, cant see anywhere else really haign anythign like that, but i live a sheltered life and may just not be aware if such things do
some blacksmiths are dodgy as fuck and would probably do it for nothing
i dont know this from experience, but you know. |

| Re: Proper branding! aye, that's the thing, the iron would have to be really really really hot. You'd need some way of heating it up to that extent, and with something as comparitively big as it would be, that's no so easy lol.

| Re: Proper branding! I want a branding, apparently there ARE tattoo studios that will do it but they want you to have had a tattoo first. Ridic! Also it's illegal. |

| Re: Proper branding! it's not illegal, there are studios in the UK that do it and the nearest one to Glasgow ( i think) is a place in Aberdeen. will try and get name and get back to you. do *not* do this yourself or get a blacksmith to knock you up a branding iron!!! the heat needs to be applied in reference to the part of the body being branded and you can't just stick a red hot piece of metal onto your arm and hope for the best! http://www.metaflesh.com/info/page.php?id=15
this is a studio in Brighton with a lot of information that your 'frie
nd' should read before heating up a fork and jabbing themselves with it.

| Re: Proper branding! In the body mod video thing I did last year, there was a girl who did her own branding using a soldering iron. She was talking about the spirituality of the experience, but to be honest, her arms just looked a mess. Don't copy her, just don't get it.
