| Power Kites Anyone ever done this?
I've been flying powerkites since I was a nipper, but just recentley moved up to a 4 line kite to get more into the extreme side of things. Ayr beech is probably the best place (kinda) locally. Just wondered if anyone else was into it? or even tried it?
Cheers
Stu

| Re: Power Kites I have a 5 meter, 4-line Flexifoil kite. I use it mainly for boarding but I sometime just fly it on it's own.
Good fun but I almost lost 4 fingers once! |

| Re: Power Kites Just bought myself a 4m HQ Beamer III and plan to buy a landboard soon. Quite a few places around London that are suitable for flying, but most require permits for traction kites. |

Also, I wouldn't fly without insurance!. I'd suggest joining here... http://www.bpka.co.uk/ |

| Re: Power Kites When I 1st flew mine I felt that my brake lines were a little long, so had to shorten them by about 12", just be aware of that if you find it's not turning how you expect.
I've just been looking at this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Flexifoil-Rage...d=p3286.c0.m14
Sorely tempting I must say.
