not yet available to buy and they've been working on it since, well, around the time the wheel was invented

will apparently do 35mph, and have a range of 20 miles. they reckon it'll cost $2-3k

it's a form of land-based transport that doesn't sit on wheels, quite unusual, no?

yes, like a tank. i regard them as quite unusual. don't think i've ever seen one!

actually that's not quite true. a guy who lived near me had some dispute with his local police station, something to do with parking i think. so he bought a tank (!) and parked it JUST outside of the zig-zags outside of the police station, with a 30 foot high papier mache statue of a pig in full bobby uniform sitting on the top. this was about 1990 and google suggests that the internet doesn't seem to have recorded the event sadly.

still, tanks aren't commonplace in glasgow city centre.

And, I doubt once caveman found the wheel... they decided to dedicate some cavemen scientists to the Scarpar rather than fire or any other invention there after. Another flaw in this thread.
