| [Biking and BMX] Downhill Mountain Biking I used to be quite heavily into it, anyone else?
I used to laugh when I told folk I was into mountain biking and theyd look at me and laugh coz I'm not the smallest person around. Noone really seems to realise that downhill isnt just about fitness....alot of its to do with pointing yourself downhill and holding on for the thrills
Fecked up a few bikes during my years but never had any major accidents. In fact the only time ive ever hurt myself is when arsing about at low speeds and just losing it...and the only time damage has been done was when trying some trail and landing on my frame rather than the wheels.
Ahh I miss them days |

| I ride DH. Dont race anymore though, too many idiots taking it all far too seriuosly. Theres some good riding around Glasgow but I dont want you fannys fucking up my beloved trails with your rusty factory builds that have been in the shed for 2 years, so Im not going to tell you where they are.
None of you ride DH and probably never have, And Abstinence, again, you are full of shit. A fall on the stairs at St Enoch, at a speed fast enough to clear the big set would have broken your back, and probably your neck. Wanna prove me wrong? meet me and show me your skills.

| Actually I did about 7 years ago. Only stopped because I left uni and couldnt pay for parts without my travel costs and grant
Had an old cannondale m900(i think) frame and a set of half decent rockshock suspension forks. Aint got a clue about much of the other specs though, clobbered together from other riders hand-me-downs.
If I hadnt cracked the frame i'd probably still have the bike just now.
