Re: Picking a snowboard?

Anybody got any idea when the indoor Ski/Snowboard slope is gonna open in Breahead ????? They supposed to be using a snow machine rather than an artifical slope ...

Re: Picking a snowboard?

Oh, I should add the best time to by a board is just before the new season. That's when all the new board have come out, and the shops want to get rid of the "old" ones.

Re: Picking a snowboard?

Maybe from November onwards. I picked up a really good "2005" board in the January sales.

I've jsut started so it doesn't make a blind bit of difference to me if I've got a "2005 board".

Aye, totally... I wouldn't care if was a '1995 board', as long as it was sturdy!

Bite - Tiny Selecttion
Greaves - Wrong, only gordon st does skis and snowboards, but fuck all snowboards
Snow Core - all old model pish from what I can see.

I wouldnt bother buying a snowboard for at least another couple of months. Prices dont go down until Europe/USA season is over.

Re: Picking a snowboard?

Greaves do sell snowboard.
It's the one on Gordon St, right enough.
Snow Core- I did say it was shit, I told him to check it out for advice.
