I've been eating like a pig today, I like to believe a spin class has worked all the calories back off though.
Crepe with syrup and cream & cup of tea
Mocha Frapuccino & lemon muffin
Chicken Goujons, chips, salad & coleslaw
Olive roll with cheese, ham & mustard
Now on to G&T's and pretzels

I had a shitefest yesterday.
It was class.
Roll 'n' Tuna
6 cans of Red Bull
4 bottles of water
2 Melon Packs
2 Apples
Burger King
Chippy
In my defence, I recorded a band, painted 2 rooms, laid a carpet, took 2 van loads to the dump, bought 2 massive doors and 12 packs of skirting, tidies the fuck out of the building site that is, sorry WAS, the studio.
