We're having chicken breast stuffed with haggis, served with black pepper mash, creamy peppercorn sauce and seasonal vegetables. Yum.

Beef olives with a puy lentil, onion and garlic casserole type thing and Potato Gratin. If I'm pushing the boat out I'll do some duck breasts too. Then making lamb curry for tomorrow.

Pork loin with sweet potato mash, carrots and mushrooms. YUMS. Going to bhave a wee bowl of low fat greek yoghurt with a dash of honey then make a wee fruit salad with the fresh punnet of YUM cherries I got yesterday | |
