S'one good thing about cooking for one, you can make enough for 2 nights. Kinda pain in the arse though if you dont feel like it the next day. My freezers full of wee one meal bags.

I tend to take mine to work the next day, never that fussed about eating the same thing again as the other option is is crap from a takeaway (stupid baguette express shuts at 4 )

Pizza from Sainsburys for the 3rd day in a row, as well as any snacks I decide to pick up when I'm in there. Mr Healthy right here, especially as the pizza is probably stuffed crust cheese feast.

Quorn is actually really nice. i've been quite into their sausages just now, theyre pretty healthy and taste no bad with mustard.

I think tonight's curry-fest will start off with good old veg pakora, followed by some ceylonese chicken korma and either lamb bhoona or chicken dopiaza with fried rice and some lovely peshwari nan. I'm proper drooling here.
