| Re: Whats for dinner? I just made amazing dinner.
Chicken in a sauce made from garlic, sundried tomato puree, chicken stock, basil, oregano and a bit of coriander that reduced to a nice thickness, with baked potatoes done in the oven (nom!) and roasted peppers and red onion with garlic, basil and oregano.

| Re: Whats for dinner? I've got a lamb shank in the oven which is in a sauce made from garlic, red onion, celery, carrot, thyme, bay leaves, a dollup of redcurrant jelly, mixed herbs and lamb stock. Will be serving it with broccoli and a baked potato. Yum!
