I've got a lamb shank in the oven which is in a sauce made from garlic, red onion, celery, carrot, thyme, bay leaves, a dollup of redcurrant jelly, mixed herbs and lamb stock. Will be serving it with broccoli and a baked potato. Yum!![]()
I just made amazing dinner.
Chicken in a sauce made from garlic, sundried tomato puree, chicken stock, basil, oregano and a bit of coriander that reduced to a nice thickness, with baked potatoes done in the oven (nom!) and roasted peppers and red onion with garlic, basil and oregano.

Was suppose to be mini spring rolls then chicken fried rice with BBQ sauce, only they never delivered my fried rice. So just spring rolls dipped into the BBQ sauce.

I'm about to make some bolognese sauce, half of which will be used for spaghetti and the other half will go in a lasagne.
