I just made amazing dinner.
Chicken in a sauce made from garlic, sundried tomato puree, chicken stock, basil, oregano and a bit of coriander that reduced to a nice thickness, with baked potatoes done in the oven (nom!) and roasted peppers and red onion with garlic, basil and oregano.

I've got a lamb shank in the oven which is in a sauce made from garlic, red onion, celery, carrot, thyme, bay leaves, a dollup of redcurrant jelly, mixed herbs and lamb stock. Will be serving it with broccoli and a baked potato. Yum!

Was suppose to be mini spring rolls then chicken fried rice with BBQ sauce, only they never delivered my fried rice. So just spring rolls dipped into the BBQ sauce.

Being a lovely sister I'm making chicken stuffed with mozzerella and pesto, wrapped in smokey streaky bacon, served with mashed tatties, roast carrots, and spring greens for mon frère.
Also attempting sweet poato chips
