| Take 3 ingredients, make a meal. Aside from salt, pepper or random spices.
Lunch - feeds 2 or 3
Half pack of udon noodles
Chicken stock Cube
2 matchbox size squares of Creamed coconut
Cook the noodles on a hob, bung everything into a jug and add boiling water and salt, and youve got an amazing soup.

| Re: Take 3 ingredients, make a meal. 1 Chicken breast
I pack Noodles
Soy sauce
Cook the chicken with soy sauce and garlic, boil the noodles, stick the lot into a wok with more soy sauce for the noodles & salt and pepper. Basic stir fry, tastes amazing.
(Is garlic cheating? I filed it under "random spice")

booya. | Haha, exact same thing but replace the beans with tinned spaghetti hoops and the bread with a corner shop roll.
