One time, I met an American omelette chef. HE told ME that he used 100% egg, with 1% preservative. We all know that adds up to 101, but he made a TASTY breakfast, so I'm going with him on the no milk thing (unless the 1% milk was the preservative, but I doubt it).
Incidently, I cannot make an omelette. Or a pancake. | |
