Ehhhh probably Frankie and Bennies in glasgow Airport.
I was in 47 Saint Vincent Street the night previous though to make up for it.

Haha, clearly I'm just a big cheapskate. I grudge paying pub prices for booze as well.
Fair enough, I agree that it's nice to go out for meals on special occasions, but I'm not really into splashing out on fancy places. I don't really eat out much so even a nice wee >£20 lunch at the 13th Note seems like a wee treat.
Last restaurant I was at was Balbir's for my birthday with the family, lovely food and good service. (Y)
I love a cheap date.
The attitude towards spending money on food is ridiculous. When I've went out for meals before everybody is all "Aww, I can't afford that BUT IF YER GAWN OUT AFTER IT PHONE US!". Don't have £20 for a nice meal, but magically, you have £40 to spend on drink? Twisted logic.

3 course meal and two bottles of wine in Manna on Bath street.

Aye, I remember Gordon Ramsey complaining about something similar a while ago... it's a pretty shit attitude. I'd be gutted if I ended up spending £30-40 on a night out as well though. I lost a tenner yesterday after spending another tenner on a taxi home, I nearly cried.
And no, sorry, I didn't see the poster in Balbir's.
I'm sure I saw someone famous though, I've just no idea who they were.![]()
I pressed the £100 button instead of £10 yesterday. Bummer.

I've been to KK's 10 or 11 times now, and the novelty's well worn off!
Great the first time you go though.. and intead of sitting down after you've got all your ingredients - watch them cook it. They're usually up for a good bit of banter anyway!
Pure bored of it now though![]()

The boy took me to Khubla Khans last week. We shared Ostrich enchiladas and minced "zebra" which was actually Springbok THANK GOD because he "didn't want to eat a horse" or only would if it had been an 'unhappy zebra', weirdo
One trip to the buffet <the wild boar is amazing> and then we shared a banoffee pie which was to die for. Its worth going there for the desserts alone which are all hand-made and FANTASTIC. The free drinks helped as well![]()
