I'm guessing a lot of peoples pockets have been hit, at least in some way, by the omnipotent credit crunch so this is a thread to post any great deals that you might have come across for restaurants, or indeed food and drink!
I'll start with Campus. Not that classiest of eateries I'll agree, but with a free pizza when you buy any pint, vodka dash or even soft drink, you can't really complain. Me and the boy went yesterday and it's proper 12" pizzas and everything, with your choice of toppings. The cheapest drink is probably a draught coke or something at £1.50. They have flyer leaflets for this offer when you walk in, or it's also in this years Pocket Pages. I actually got given a pocket pages last time I was in Campus, so you might be able to just ask for one. Don't fancy pizza? Not to worry, Campus also offer 50% off all food with the pocket pages, and I'm pretty sure they also have the offer that if you bring 5 friends with you on a Friday you're also entitled to a free buffet.
Khublai Khan offer a free bottle of house wine or jug of cocktails for any four diners having the full feast (bookable on the website), and I have it on good authority that Snapfax has an offer for £25 for two people, including three courses each PLUS a bottle of house wine/jug of cocktails. I also have a couple of vouchers spare for 20% off until the end of March (excluding Friday/Saturday) if anyone wants them.
Following the alcoholic theme I've seen The Local on Sauchihall St advertising a free bottle of house wine or four bottles of beer, and two courses for £11.99 on 5pm.co.uk. Obviously this is subject to different days and stuff, but I've swatched the menu and it's a pretty good deal.
Europa offer 2 for 1 Main Courses (excluding steak), or Pizza and a 4 pint pitcher of tennent or bottle of house wine for £9.95. Both of these offers are in Pocket Pages, but I've also seen them on leaflets sitting just as you go in the door to the restaurant.
A good bet if you do fancy heading out is also checking 5pm.co.uk. A lot of restaurant are now offering a free glass of wine with your meal, so you won't get caught out by the price of drinks etc, and it generally has good deals with money off or special offers.
One last one, Pizza Hut offer a deal between 3pm-6pm, £4 each for one pizza, one side and a refillable drink, which is a pretty good deal. They also still have the lunchtime buffet.

You can get a pretty good saving at most restaurants by booking under a false name and running like fuck halfway through dessert. | |

We didn't know about this when we played last week so we had all had our dinner beforehand. Still managed a couple between us all. Got some free beer too.
