my difficulty is with a starter, as i never usually make a starter.
my meal would be:
starter: bruschetta with mozzarella and tomatoes, salad
main: ginger chilli chicken with udon noodles
dessert: eton mess ice cream sundae
booze: beer, wine and pear cider until we all fall down.
massively simple stuff so i have plenty of time to hang about and gab with folk.
never tried guinea fowl, what's it comparable to? (i know that's an incredibly annoying question, but curious!)
and wheesht, you lot, some people like cooking
